The BPB HOA works to protect your interests, to aid and advance responsible development within and around the Birch Park Beach area, and to promote a better neighborhood and community through group action. We represent individual residents and vacation rental owners.

Memberships requirements:
1.) Live within boundaries noted in FAQ 5
2.) Be an individual resident and/or meet requirement of FAQ 4
3.) Fill out the membership application
4.) Attach proper membership dues as noted on application and mail to address noted in the application

Voting membership shall be open to:
(a) Individual property owner residents but not tourists, guests or those who come on a time share basis

(b) Vacation rental owners

Our unique neighborhood of strictly single-family homes is located along A1A and adjacent to Hugh Taylor Birch State Park.

Our boundaries are as follows: to the north, we border the Shore Club Condominium; to the east we are bordering State Road A1A; to the south we are bordering 1200 Club Condominium; to the west our homes border Birch State Park.
